1.GO GREEN! Please make sure we have your email address as another, more eco-friendly means of notification.

2.Review your insurance policies. Do you know what’s insured and for how much? Have your needs changed for 2012? Schedule an appointment with us to review all your coverages.

3.Cut your insurance costs. Maximize discounts by using us for all your insurance needs. We have over 20 insurance carriers to chose from. Our latest addition is AARP!

4.Winterize your home. Protect pipes, fittings and appliances in unheated areas; have HVAC system serviced and change filters regularly; clean clothes dryer ducts and space underneath; leave thermostat on 68 degrees; clean gutters and downspouts, install storm windows. If it’s a secondary residence or if you plan to be gone more than a few days, consider shutting off the water supply and draining pipes or appliances; set thermostat to 55 degrees; have someone check your home once a week while you’re away; keep insurance and emergency numbers handy.
